Witnessing The Thought-Made Self

 You don't need to "e;be more aware"e; - you need to stop mistaking the sketch for the one who's seeingMost people think transformation means building a stronger self - like polishing a character until it finally feels solid. Then they try mindfulness as if it's a tool for improving the same old driver. But the moment you do that, you're back inside the same trick: thoughts rearranging an illusory "e;me"e; and calling it progress.The cost thereof is you keep negotiating with the sketch.
