2 Kings

Kingdoms rise. Prophets speak. Empires advance. Jerusalem falls.

Bible Study Guide: 2 Kings takes readers verse by verse through one of Scripture's most dramatic historical books, tracing the final ministry of Elijah, the miracles of Elisha, the collapse of Israel, the reforms of Hezekiah and Josiah, and the destruction and exile of Judah.

This study reveals the deeper meaning behind the battles, political alliances, royal conspiracies, miracles, and national disasters. Again and again, the history of kings and empires is shown to stand beneath the sovereign rule of Yahweh and the authority of His word.
