The first tenant is Eileen, a school teacher from L.A. Then there's Chris, a divorced father whose seven-year-old son visits every other weekend. The final tenant is Marya, a celebrated cookbook author hoping to restart her life after the death of her husband. As the housemates bond, the house fills with laughter, heartbreak and, always, hope.
