AFRIZARD

Afrizard is a story about a prophecy coming true. An African baby will be born into a world on the brink of war between darkness and light. It predicts the arrival of three wolves, who will choose a side. A non-magical doctor, along with a changeling crow, will face them bravely. Those without magic are also involved. The good doctor, a former soldier, is already working for a secret branch of the government. Circumstances beyond his control place him exactly where he needs to be, making him the baby's protector. The story begins at a neglected housing estate.

An enormous fortress moves offshore, serving as a sanctuary for training beneath the watchful eye of powerful magic that monitors the coast of the British Isles. Something stirs closer to home; darkness has infiltrated it. Most pledge allegiance, while others play the game, hiding in plain sight and waiting for a sign and the prophecy. It is a place of great cruelty; the light is extinguished, and those who refuse to join the darkness are transformed into unrecognizable foot soldiers or killed by the hand of an unhinged lord of darkness.

His African roots and magic guide him; he must reach London to recover his artefacts. He must harness the tools of his ancestors to fight a darkness that aims to control all and first select his small army.Will he emerge victorious?Will balance be restored?What if the wolves choose darkness?
