Vor allem steht die Auswirkung von §Begleitmaßnahmen auf die Akzeptanz von e-Learning im §Mittelpunkt dieser Studie.§Mittels Online Umfrage wurden rund 200 Unternehmen §nach ihrer bisherigen Verwendung von elektronischen §Lernformen und ihrer zukünftigen Nutzungsabsicht §befragt. §§Knapp ein Viertel der Befragten hat Erfahrung mit e-§Learning, 90% davon bevorzugt Blended Learning. Den §größten Bekanntheitsgrad unter den Begleitmaßnahmen §hatten telefonische Hotlines sowie E-Mail Helplines, §gefolgt von Diskussionsforen und FAQ Listen. §§Die Ergebnisse und Fazite dieser quantitativen §Untersuchung werden in Empfehlungen für zukünftige §e-Learning Projekte zusammengefasst.
