An Angel for Christmas

What happens when a child makes a Christmas wish for his daddy's happiness? The unexpected.

Shane was a single father. Working from home and raising his rambunctious five-year-old son, Jackson, was his entire life, and he loved it. Sure, he still missed his husband, thought of him every day, but life went on. Even on days he wished it didn't. The Christmas season was especially rough for him. He usually found himself going through the motions, all the while hoping nobody noticed the sadness clinging to him.

The sudden appearance of a stranger completely turned his world upside down. Making him question everything he thought he knew. Making him yearn for something he didn't think he'd ever have again.

But would the man's secrets prove to be too much? Even if Shane accepted all he was, all he promised him, would the cost be too much?

Dax had been there, done that. You see, he was an angel. So he thought he'd experienced it all. But he was very, very wrong. There was a whole new world just waiting for him. And it all started with him being pulled from his home and landing on a stranger's front lawn. A stranger who made his heart skip a beat, made him want what he never thought possible.

There was so much he had to tell him, though. So much he had to share. Shane was wonderful, handsome...and human. When forced to tell Shane who he really was, Dax realized the future was uncertain.

Would he be able to just walk away? Or could he prove to the man he loved that he would be there for him and his son? That he wanted nothing more than to be their future?
