Taufen knew two things with absolute certainty. Firstly, she was gone. Secondly, he would get his revenge.

Every time he closed his eyes, he saw the light leave her eyes all over again-his world had splintered the moment she took her last breath. Now, with each beat of his own heart, all he felt was grief, and rage. The new and unfamiliar power that now surged within his veins was wild, and volatile. With no anchor to help him control it, but he refused to let it consume him-for her.

When whispers of her return had spread like wildfire through the towns and villages of Galadrimar, hope had begun to take root. Hope that they had a fighting chance against the Dark Fae. But the false fae had extinguished that hope almost as quickly as it had begun the second he had taken her life. A cruel illusion for the fae of Galadrimar.

As the false fae takes his seat on a stolen throne, and darkness begins to bleed across their map, Taufen and his allies are split-sent with one goal in mind. Travel the continents, and call for aid from the other rulers of the fae realm.
