Online shopping is the process of buying goods and services from merchants who sell on the internet due to the presence of the World Wide Web. The purpose of the research was to study consumer behaviour towards online shopping; a case study on electronic gadgets in Blantyre. The main research question in the thesis is how consumers behave while shopping online.
