Die Autorin verfolgt einen integrierten, fachübergreifenden und raumbezogenen Ansatz. Das Buch richtet sich an Fachplaner in Städten und Kommunen, an wohnungswirtschaftliche Unternehmen, Regionalverbände und Politikberatungen.
