Schwerpunkt der Untersuchung sind der Unterlassungs- und Schadensersatzanspruch. Durch die konsequente wortlautgetreue Anwendung der Anspruchsvoraussetzungen und die Berücksichtigung des Zwecks der mittelbaren Patentverletzung, einen umfassenden Vorfeldschutz zu gewähren, werden für alle Rechtsfolgen interessengerechte und angemessene Lösungen hergeleitet.
