Where the first two cook-books are presents well-known dishes from the restaurants, Easy Pastaonly contains recipes in one category: Pasta! - 36 different kinds thatanyone can make.“The dishes can be made with few ingredients in a short time and tastegreat,” says Emil Alsbo, who together with Morten Kalto! opened the firstOsteria 16 in 2014.The result is a book that is informal and straightforward. “Sometimescooking should just be cooking. Not something with tweezers and fancy,folded napkins,” says Emil Alsbo.If you have a good base of very basic Italian ingredients in your kitchen,you hardly need to shop. One of the book’s recipes consists of just garlic,anchovies, chili and parmesan, plus pasta and olive oil.
