Fresh

Is your faith feeling routine, tired, or stuck? You don't need a dramatic turning point to start over. A real fresh start begins with following Jesus, and it can begin on any ordinary day.

Fresh is an eight-week Bible study that begins with the one essential choice of following Jesus and works outward into every part of life: genuine worship, a fresh approach to the Word, the courage to move forward, a mission where you already live, a perspective shaped by God's presence, a place in the church, and the gospel at the center of it all. Each lesson includes a warm-up, a teaching recap, the full ESV text of the passages, and discussion questions that move from observation to application.

No background in Bible study is needed. Use Fresh alone for personal reflection, with a friend, or with a small group. A 60-minute leader's guide is included for anyone who gathers with others, with notes on what to listen for and how to handle common pushback. Whether you're just beginning to follow Jesus or you've been coasting for a long time, Fresh gives you a clear, honest path forward.

• Eight complete lessons: Each includes a warm-up, teaching recap, full ESV Scripture, discussion questions, closing prayer, and a share-nudge.

• A 60-minute leader's guide: Timed agendas, facilitation notes, and alternate icebreakers for each lesson, for anyone meeting with a group.

• Two "wrestle" questions per lesson: Honest, unresolved questions that invite real reflection rather than tidy answers.

• Works for personal study too: Each lesson stands on its own for reading and reflection alone.

This study is based on the Fresh sermon series from Sermon Outlines for Busy Pastors.
