Growing in Grace: Volume Two-My Changing Body is a respectful, age-appropriate and faith-centred guide that helps girls understand the physical changes associated with puberty. Written for girls and the parents, caregivers and mentors supporting them, this volume explains body development in clear and reassuring language.
