Soren Kierkegaard (1813-1855), a Danish philosopher and theologian, was one of the strongest opponents of Hegelian systematism, and is considered to be the Father of Existentialism.This book, intended merely as an introduction to Kierkegaard's work, reviews the historical, social, and philosophical context in which his thought evolved.
