Liquid Gold

Isidora had great plans for her life...howbeit, she is adrift; she has been for a while now. Desperate to be useful, she has no sense of self beyond a consuming hunger for justice, now slowly fading, too.

Her detachment leads her to give Eros-her academic rival-a chance. She allows him more than she should, gives him some of her precious time. And, surprisingly, he makes good use of it.

Together, they work closely, ignoring their new-found yet intense feelings toward one another, and become a team in order to satisfy their need to make things right. Because...someone has to do it. Because no one was there to do it for them.

However, their feelings creep in, endangering their all-important--almost vital, really--plan. Their mutual unresolved burdens from the past, and the reactions their artistic deeds receive, makes them doubt everything. Did they do the right thing? Was trying at all a fundamental mistake?

After all, people don't take kindly to being forced into anything. But being incompliant, or even defiant, has dire consequences, such as becoming one of Isidora and Eros's chef d'œuvres.

Will the two of them make it? Will they become the symbol they are starving, nay, dying...or, well, killing to be?
