Der vorzeitige Blasensprung ist eine häufige geburtshilfliche Situation. Er betrifft 8-10% der Terminschwangerschaften, seine optimale Behandlung ist umstritten und es werden u.a. Prostaglandine, darunter Dinoproston als Referenzmolekül, zur zervikalen Reifung eingesetzt.Material und Methoden Es handelt sich um eine prospektive, randomisierte klinische Studie, die über einen Zeitraum von einem Jahr (Januar-Dezember 2017) im Zentrum für Geburtshilfe und Neonatologie des Universitätsklinikums Monastir durchgeführt wurde.Die Studie umfasste 240 Gebärende mit PMR am Termin, die in zwei Gruppen aufgeteilt wurden:Die Gruppe "oral": erhielt 20mcg/ 2h Misoprostol-Lösung oral (maximal 6 Dosen) und die Gruppe "vaginal": erhielt 50mcg/ 6h Misoprostol vaginal (maximal 4 Dosen).Schlussfolgerung Am Ende dieser Arbeit ist die Verwendung von niedrig dosiertem Misoprostol durch VO zur Zervixreifung am Termin mit PDER hinsichtlich der 24-Stunden-Geburtenrate genauso wirksam wie VV, während sie nach 12 Stunden leicht im Vorteil ist (44% vs. 33%), ohne dass der Unterschied signifikant ist.
