Montgomery County government has been labeled as the most corrupt county in Texas. How does a community respond when justice has turned its back on its own people? Who do you call when those who are supposed to enforce the law are looking the other way? Why has Danielle Sleeper gone missing for seven years without a trace...or did she? Or was her disappearance a collective effort by law enforcement to keep her husband from having to answer the call of justice?
