There are significant amount of writings about Allama Iqbal's political, philosophical, and literary achievements, but there was a significant gap for literature on his times as professional lawyer, and the legal issues that he handled and argued before the Courts.
The first chapter provides an glimpses of Allama Iqbal's life as lawyer between 1908 to 1934. It should be obvious to the reader that Allama Iqbal earned his livelihood also as a lawyer.
The second chapter provides summaries of legal disputes in which Allama Iqbal acted as a lawyer. For convenience of the readers the second chapter is divided into twelve parts, that focus on, disciplines of: succession law, civil procedure, property law, evidence law, contract law, limitation law, criminal law, family law, municipal law, commercial law, and trademark law.
The third chapter provides a concluding dialogue recapping Allama Iqbal's twenty-six years of legal work.
