Previous studies show that physical activity can lead to improvements in these adolescents. The literature has also shown that relaxation can provide benefits, particularly on a psychosocial level. Given all these benefits for overweight or obese adolescents, might it be possible to combine physical activity and relaxation to achieve even greater benefits? No studies appear in the scientific literature regarding this potential combination.
