Six Pillars of Resilience

Brooks LaTonya Demming is a Resilience Coach who is incredibly driven and irrepressible. She is committed to assisting others in leading lives that are productive. Brooks guides individuals in discovering their inner strengths, overcoming anxieties, and removing perceived obstacles holding them back. She equips her clients with the necessary tools to develop plans to overcome these obstacles and fulfill their most important life goals.

Brooks is a proud Army wife and mother. Brooks served in the United States Army alongside her now-retired husband for more than 15 years. Brooks took her role as a military spouse seriously, often volunteering her time to support family readiness activities at various duty stations. Brooks believes in family, community, personal development, and integrity.

Brooks has fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, coaching, mentoring, and training. She is proud of successfully developing HR competencies in junior staff to aid them in becoming strong HR leaders. Her compassionate and honest personality allows her to connect with audiences from all walks of life, understand their challenges, articulate her thoughts without fear, and offer solutions that best suit their needs. 

A prolific author, Brooks knows that even though there may be anonymity in life, everything becomes more apparent as you learn more.
