Am Beispiel des Persönlichen Budgets als Steuerungsinstrument diskutiert Dorothée Schlebrowski Möglichkeiten einer Neugestaltung des Dienstleistungsangebotes im stationären Wohnbereich für Menschen mit Behinderung.
