The T.E.A.M. Leadership Player Manual is an 8-lesson workbook for student-athletes of any age, gender, or sport. It is not a rulebook. It is not a list of expectations handed down from a coach. It is a personal record of who you are becoming - written in your own words, worked through with your teammates, and built on the conviction that the greatest teams are not the most talented. They are the most unified.

T.E.A.M. stands for Team Expectations and Mindset. The program is built around eight core qualities that define championship culture: Student-Athlete, Coachable Player, Great Teammate, Larger Purpose, Sacrifice, Discipline, Toughness, and Relentless Effort. Each lesson combines a key thought, guided discussion questions, and a personal goals page where players set measurable academic, athletic, character, and team goals - with specific action steps for each.

This is not a program you complete. It is a standard you live. Write in it. Be honest in it. Come back to it. The players who go through this program and take it seriously will find their voice, build genuine accountability with their teammates, and develop the kind of leadership that does not depend on a coach being in the room.
