The Instructions Below

Elias Mercer takes a night-shift position at Bellwether Cold Storage hoping that routine, isolation, and honest work will help him rebuild his fractured life. Instead, he begins receiving instructions from Arthur Vale, an experienced maintenance worker who appears to know every failing machine, every concealed passage, and every disaster moments before it happens.

There is only one problem: Bellwether insists that no employee named Arthur Vale has ever existed.
