Folklore has taught us about the spirits of the deceased walking the Earth; sometimes they're well-intended and sometimes they're pure evil. Adding to intrigue and mystery are those who claim to be able to converse with these spiritual beings who have a need to be heard. ---

In his youth, Joel fell victim to teenage angst leading to his attempt to act upon desperation. Fortunately, his suicide is thwarted by fate but his recovery revealed untapped psychic abilities. First fearing what he could not explain, Joel discovers that he is a chosen one; a vessel of communication between the living and the dead. After a romantic entanglement with the owner of a historic house, Joel finds that they are not alone. Victims of a murder-suicide are still present. ---

Leading the way as mentors is a small band of psychic enablers. Joel is taught of the existence of other realms by his eclectic advisers. He quickly learns to not ignore his ability to communicate with the lost souls of those who lived a beleaguered life. Doing his best to hone his psychic abilities, he soon finds himself pursued by evil minions. ---
