At forty, DJ Reyes thought she was living the life she was supposed to want. But after reading David Whyte's poem "Finisterre," she realized she'd been holding herself together with sheer will-and the seams had already begun to show.

What followed was a journey from Spain's Camino trails to Peru's sacred mountains, from corporate corridors to silent meditation halls.
