You Are the Sky, Not the Weather

The clouds may thicken, the storm may darken, but into the deep is a holy silence, and that's how the sky remains. As you take yourself away from the storm of emotions, you break its power. As you deeply absorb the sky in every stare, it's then that the truth hits, ---you are that sky in your soul, you are that depth unfathomable, that vastness unconquerable, the immensity and grandeur that is worth gazing at.
The fleeting weather will extinguish itself as the winds and rain will come and go, and eventually it will reach the unperturbed point. It's then that you will sense the holy vastness, and your heart will be wedded to it. That's when you will realize-- you are the sky, not the weather.
The sky-gazing then becomes a meditative gaze, a contemplating drinking in of its vastness. As you drink in what you behold, you too become skylike in your depths. The clouds may come, and clouds may leave, floating in your life, but you remain still and deep, untouched by the world. This is what beauty truly is in its deepest sense; none can sully it, nothing can stain it, it remains the unstainable cream, the unfathomable grandeur that enchants you and terrors you at the same time. You then wonder-Is vastness this terrifying? Is beauty this tender that you almost ache inside?
