Tobin Bell reprises his role in this tenth instalment of the horror franchise, set between the events of 'Saw' (2004) and 'Saw II' (2005). Time is running out for John Kramer (Bell), who is suffering from an aggressive form of brain cancer with no more treatment options and has only months left to live. John learns of an experimental new treatment in Mexico which is said to have achieved incredible results and so he travels to the clinic for a final chance to save his life. However, when he recovers and realises the procedure was a scam, he hunts down the fraudsters responsible and lures them into his meticulously-crafted deadly traps where they will have to make great sacrifices to survive.
